DuCard hosts barrel tastings with winegrower and winemaker Julien Durantie, during which he opens barrels for guests to sample wines still aging. The winery describes these as small-group, behind-the-scenes sessions exploring how vineyard terroir and different barrel qualities influence the finished wine.
